Solution 1

She should adjust to USA culture, because she should live in USA for her success. So she should try to adjust to USA culture.

Advantage
It’s easy. She just needs to think that how to adjust.

Disadvantage
If she doesn’t adjust, she is disappointed by USA culture. So it’s little dangerous

Solution 2

She should ask her roommate to make rules about her life of dorm, because her problem relate to her roommate. So she talks to her roommate about her problem.

Advantage
It’s real method. If her roommate agrees to make rules, she immediately solves her problem.

Disadvantage
If her roommate rejects her opinion, both of them disappoint each of them.

Solution 3

She can get back her country and she can study her major in her country’s culture.

Advantage
She easily solves her problem and she doesn’t feel disgust mind.

Disadvantage
She should give up everything in USA’s life and she should find other university again in her country.

I choose solution 2
Because, it’s the best solution to live in USA and if her roommate agrees, she can stay in dorm and she concentrates on her major.
