She needs a strong mind and positive mind, because she easily give up her studies and doesn’t sincere. So she changes her mind to get good score.

Advantage
It’s an easy method. She doesn’t need anything. Just mind, to change her mind is important.

Disadvantage
To change a mind is difficult. So she needs many efforts to change her mind

Solution 2

She should practice to listen, because she misunderstands. So she gets a bad grade. First of all, she needs to listen that is important.

Advantage
If she studies to listen, her English skill increases, because to listen is very important in English. So it is a good method.

Disadvantage
If she just studies to listen, it’s bad. To listen is important, but she should study whole part of English.

Solution 3

She can ask Ms. Kramer to help for improving her English. She needs assistance. The professor can advise to her to improve a personality and scores

Advantage
She is immediately improved to study English by her professor, because her professor is an expert. So she will be helped by her professor.

Disadvantage
If professor rejects her opinion, she should find other method.

I choose solution 3
Professor directly advice to her. So she fast solves her problem and professor understands her problem.
